The information available does not invoke Companeo’s liability. We do our utmost to keep this information accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee this. Companeo checks the quality of the suppliers recommended. Nevertheless, Companeo cannot be held responsible for, and does not control or guarantee their services, or the relevancy or accuracy of the information provided on the websites of the companies, organisations or private individuals to which links have been established.

In the case of agreement between an Approved Supplier and a user connected by Companeo, the service concerned must be subject to a specific sales contract between the two parties. Under no circumstances may Companeo be held responsible for the terms of this contract, the services of the Suppliers, payment for these services or any aspect of the business relationship between the customer and the Approved Supplier whatsoever. Companeo’s liability cannot be invoked by any scheming, misleading information or misappropriation for which the Companeo Approved Suppliers may be found liable.

Companeo’s activity consists of an online intermediary service, offering information for the purpose of meeting your needs, and the products, services and expertise of the Approved Suppliers. In no event shall Companeo be considered as a sales agent, agent, broker or representative of the Approved Suppliers, regardless of their activity, as far as Companeo does not participate in negotiations, training nor the establishment of the sales contract between the customer and the Approved Supplier.

Intellectual Property
“Companeo”, “companeo.c”, and “Trouver les bons fournisseurs, ça change tout” [finding the right suppliers changes everything] presented on the Website are Companeo SAS trademarks or registered trademarks. Other names of products, services or companies mentioned on the Website may be trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to third parties, and thus protected by intellectual property law.

All the texts and works presented on the Website are Copyright of Companeo. All rights are reserved. Expect with formal written authorisation in advance, the reproduction and any use of the works other than individual, private viewing is forbidden. Any request for authorisation for any use whatsoever must be sent to the Publishing Manager.
